FAQs
Do I have to eat a plant-based diet to do the 4 Weeks to a New You?
No. You can treat it more like a Plants Plus plan. All of the meal ideas and menus and recipes are for plant-centered meals that can stand alone but you are welcome to add small amounts of animal protein. For example, you may want to top some of the meals with an egg or egg whites or with some grilled chicken. I will be offering ideas for what types of animal proteins go with the recipes.
Are you going to tell me exactly what to eat?
I will be providing many meal ideas and recipes as well as templates for you to use to create your own meals using the ingredients and produce you already have. It will be up to you to decide which meal ideas and recipes you try and when.
If my family wants to do this together do we have to pay for each person?
No, you will only need to purchase one spot in the program, however only one person from the family will be able to participate in the Exclusive Facebook Group.
It sounds like a great program but I don’t want to do it now, can I join it the next time its offered?
Sure. We will be offering this workshop again but it is only being offered at this introductory price of $197 once. 
I think it would be fun to join the program with my friend who lives in another state, is this ok?
Absolutely! That does sound like fun! We only have 30 spots though, so make sure you both (or more if you have a group of friends who want to do this together) sign up before those spots are taken.
